Victorian Concert Orchestra

For nearly 100 years this iconic 50 piece symphony orchestra has become renowned for an ever-changing variety program that ranges from the classics – inc. Bach, Mozart and Tchaikovsky, through Operetta,  Musical Theatre – from Gilbert & Sullivan to Andrew Lloyd Webber – and contemporary composers such as  John Williams (Star Wars) and Peter Allen.

Directed by acclaimed ABC Orchestra conductor, Gerald Keuneman, whose credits include Frank Sinatra, Elton John, Olivia Newton-John,, Anthony Warlow, and Nick Cave it promises to be a highly professional  performance.

An integral part of the orchestra’s performance is its work with schools. In the lead up they work up 3 pieces with local students, including Advance Australia Fair and I Still call Australia Home to be performed as part of the show.
