Children’s Pottery

Our school holiday pottery workshops give children an opportunity to experience the messy joys of working, playing and creating with clay.
Using their hands and creative minds children are guided by experienced potter, Janet Duncan, to build something wonderful from a humble lump of clay.
In a world full of passive entertainment our pottery workshops offer an opportunity to switch off from technology and become completely immersed in a tactile and imaginative task.

Clay and firing included.

Collection of your child's fired creation is usually about 3 weeks after the class. Collection dates will be given on workshop day.

Duration: 60 min
Recommended for ages 9+
Children under 6 must be accompanied by an adult*

* There is limited space in the pottery studio. If you would like to accompany a child you will need to book yourself a space. Alternatively you are welcome to stay in the Centre. We have chairs and a wonderful exhibition to peruse.
